TMS Software, LLC, developed this app for the Claris Community. It is a FileMaker solution that is a FileMaker Custom Function to copy a Column based on active field's found set maintaining the sort orde .

FileMaker Pro 2025, v22, was released in 2025 and included new functions to manage the behind the scenes record ID's used internally by FileMaker. This Custom Function uses the new "GetRecordIDsFromFoundSet" calculation with SQL's ROWID hidden field to generate a list maintaining the found set and sort order.

This is an extension aimed at developers working primarily with table view data wanting to copy columns often to use externally such as copying into spreadsheets.
